We to get a new water heater, and their estimate was fair and reasonable! Their financing application was so easy and fast and straightforward. Jacob was professional and friendly- unclogged the clog in the pipe and then cleaned up any mess. He also noted after testing the water flow that the seal on the pipe going down into the basement floor had sprung a leak, probably from the back pressure of the clog. He said he would let dispatch know and send a plumber out tomorrow, as he was only a drain guy.
